Our rules are simple: choose your person, share with consent, and respect their privacy.

01

About these terms

These Terms of Use govern the PairPic mobile app, its widgets, and related sharing features operated by Morsol Systems, Pakistan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read them before creating an account or sharing content. By checking the agreement box and selecting “Agree and continue” in PairPic, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our PairPic Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. If these PairPic-specific terms differ from general Morsol Systems terms, these terms control your use of PairPic.

02

Who can use PairPic

PairPic is intended for people aged 16 or older. If you are 16 or 17, you may use it only where local law permits and with parental or guardian consent where required. Do not use PairPic if you are under 16 or legally unable to agree to these terms. We may close an account if we learn it does not meet these requirements.

03

Your account and connection

PairPic creates an anonymous account on your device. It does not offer email or password recovery. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may make that account inaccessible. Keep your invite link private and share it only with the person you intend to connect with. Each account can have one active pair. Current invite links are single use and expire after 24 hours; older pairing codes expire after 1 hour.

04

What you share

You keep ownership of the photos, drawings, captions, and wallpapers you create or share. You give us a limited permission to transmit, store, process, display, and delete that content as needed to operate PairPic, enforce these terms, and respond to safety reports. You confirm that you have the right and any required consent to share it.

Your paired person can view content you send and may make screenshots or copies outside PairPic. Deleting content in the app cannot remove those independent copies.

05

Sharing rules

Do not use PairPic to threaten, harass, bully, stalk, exploit, or violate another person’s privacy. Do not share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing, or content you do not have the right to share. Do not use the app to impersonate someone, distribute malware, spam, evade a block, or interfere with the service. Never share images of a minor in a sexual context.

These rules apply to photos, captions, drawings, wallpapers, invite messages, and any other content or conduct in PairPic.

06

Reports, blocking, and action

You can report a concern from a shared photo or report a partner from the app, and you can block the person you are paired with. Please describe the concern in the report; do not send private images in an initial support message. Reports include the reason and related account, pair, or photo identifiers. Because new pairs encrypt photos on the sender’s device, we may not be able to view the reported image itself. We may ask for additional information, review available records, remove content or accounts, restrict access, or take other proportionate steps when appropriate.

For urgent danger, contact local emergency services. For other safety concerns, email support@morsolsystems.com.

07

How the service works

Each person’s latest photo is available for up to 24 hours; a new photo replaces that person’s earlier one. Widgets, notifications, and wallpaper updates depend on your device, network, and operating system, so delivery may be delayed. A photo cached on an offline partner device may remain visible until that device reconnects or refreshes. A wallpaper already applied to a device stays there until that device’s owner changes it.

New pairs encrypt photos and captions on the sender’s device. PairPic does not independently verify that the other person owns the encryption key presented during first pairing. Older pairs may still contain legacy photos that are not end-to-end encrypted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

08

Leaving and deleting

You can delete your own sent photos, start a fresh pair, block your partner, or delete your account in Settings. Unpairing, blocking, or deleting an account closes the current pair and removes its shared content from the service, subject to temporary files and provider retention described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion also affects your partner’s access to that pair.

If you no longer have the app, use our account-deletion request page.

09

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or stop PairPic or restrict an account when needed for safety, legal compliance, security, or service integrity. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or a particular notification or widget refresh time. We may update these terms and show the revised date here. Where required, we will give additional notice and request acceptance of material changes before you continue using PairPic.

10

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under local law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. For questions, support, or safety reports, contact support@morsolsystems.com.
